Healthy Advice Networks Announces Hiring of
Gregg Gentile as Executive Vice President Business Development, Specialty Networks
Will Focus Exclusively on the Specialty Market
CINCINNATI, OH. (November 11, 2008) Healthy Advice Networks, the nation's leading provider of physician office-based patient education programs, has announced that Gregg Gentile has joined the Business Development team focusing exclusively on specialty markets. In today's complex and competitive marketplace, pharmaceutical marketers are seeking ways to effectively communicate with patients and physicians while optimizing their brand's revenue. Healthy Advice Specialty Networks fulfills that need, delivering award-winning patient education programs in the specialist's office.
Mr. Gentile's career has spanned different facets of the healthcare continuum and he has the unique perspective of diversified vantage points. He started his career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Parke-Davis as a cardiovascular sales specialist and gained expertise in the physician's office. He then moved on to brand management at Shire Pharmaceuticals, holding positions of increasing responsibility and was ultimately promoted to Senior Brand Manager for Adderall and Adderall XR. Mr. Gentile continued his career in the highly competitive field of selling physician education (CME).
I understand the difficult challenges brand managers face today, Mr. Gentile said. As a former client of Healthy Advice Networks, I know that a great deal of the success of my brand's growth was due to our highly targeted approach to pediatricians and Healthy Advice for Your Child (HAC) played a very significant role.
Deborah Schnell, President Sales and Strategic Planning at Healthy Advice Networks, added, Gregg is an invaluable asset to our team. With the high emphasis on new products indicated for the specialty market, the need for relevant, easy-to-understand patient education is imperative. Gregg understands the choices available to brand management to drive strategy and he can effectively help clients leverage our networks to meet their patient education goals while delivering incremental revenue to their bottom line.
Healthy Advice Networks delivers patient education programs in Cardiology, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology. Healthy Advice Networks also has primary care programs in both physicians' waiting rooms and exam rooms.
