Every Healthy Advice Networks Program Wins Awards In National Health Information Awards Program
Fifth Consecutive Year of Outstanding Achievement
CINCINNATI, OH. (October 21, 2008) Healthy Advice Networks, the nation's leading provider of physician-office-based patient-education programs, is pleased to announce they have again been honored at the National Health Information Awards (NHIA) forum sponsored by the Health Information Resource Center. Chosen from more than 1,000 entries, programs and materials were judged by a panel of health information experts and are considered to be the nation's best consumer health information. Janet Bowman, Associate Director of the Health Information Resource Center, commented These awards set an industry standard of quality for consumer health materials, and this 'seal of quality' helps health professionals find the best consumer health information resources for their programs.
Every Healthy Advice Networks program received an NHIA award this year. The Women's Health Network won the highly coveted Gold Award, given to the top 5 percent of all entries, and six Healthy Advice programs were presented with the prestigious Total Health Information Program Award.
