Frequently Asked Questions
Exam Room Program
How many exam rooms in a practice get display units?
Display units are placed in all full-time exam rooms within a practice. In other words, there will be a display unit in all exam rooms except those used for overflow or procedures such as blood draws.
In an average practice there are typically two exam rooms per physician. Therefore, if there are three doctors in a practice, the display units will be in six exam rooms on average.
How often are the practices serviced?
Servicing our physicians offices is an ongoing, day-to-day function. We have our own Customer Care Center that handles office requests for brochures, etc., Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. We visit our offices in person, three times a year, to restock the display units. Additionally, we also hand-deliver Physician Information Packets (PIP), which contain information regarding program content, valuable information from our sponsors such as clinical studies, coupons, and other relevant information. The PIP is an excellent way for our clients to communicate with the physician and is one more way to increase their share-of-voice and get their message in front of the physician.
What is the reach of the network?

Our Healthy Advice for You and Your Family alone reaches 15,325 primary care physicians and impacts 88 million patient and caregiver visits.
